The headboard came cracked. In order to do anything you have to file for a warranty claim, wait 3 business days. After you do that you can wait for a technician to come out and look at the product and then make a decision. This is an unacceptable policy. Hope everything you purchase from here is in perfect condition or expect a hassle.

I have never done a review. This is my first one and I must say I am very disappointed. I purchased a king size bed on July 9 2025, and when it was delivered in August 2025 the bed was incomplete two weeks after they brought in the missing pieces which were the rails and the bunker board and footboard when the headboard box was opened. It was damaged with black stains. I was told to call the store to notify them and the delivery staff also notified Ashley’s. Additionally, when I selected my bed, the salesman suggested that I needed a foundation. He showed me a bed that they had on their floorthat was very low to the ground. He said if I didn’t get the foundations, that’s how my bed was going to be. I have lower back issues so of course I did not want a low bed. Turns out I did not need the foundations. The bed already had the Bunkie board and its own foundation built in at a perfect height. The delivery staff put in the foundations and the mattress to show me and my bed was almost at the top of the headboard. After I called to notify my salesman he said that it had gone to the manager Miguel and that I would need to speak with him and that they had put a ticket into Customer Service and that I was going to get notified via email. In November 2025, I went to the store Because I still hadn’t received an email call bo update. I talked to the manager Miguel and he advised me that a ticket was put in to replace my headboard and to return the foundations that I did not need And that I would see your credit on my statement.It is now February 2026 and I have not heard from Ashley’s Furniture And I have not received the credit. A few weeks ago, I called the store and I wasn’t successful reaching anybody. I did call Miguel the manager on his cell and left him a voicemail texted him and no response. I must say I am very disappointed, Frustrated and upset. This is very bad customer service. I am not one to complain and I understand things happen, but we are now in February 2026 and no one has reached out to me. No one has given me an update. I requested to return the foundations that I did not need and get my credit and have my headboard replaced. I I am very frustrated and upset. I will be stopping by the store to get some answers. This is ridiculous.

Great atmosphere. No pushy sales people. We found what we wanted and Marty the Sales Associate was helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding of our unique situation. We have been going to this store since it opened and have bought alot of great pieces from there.

Our sales representative, Michael Jackson, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us find the right mattress for our needs. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. Michael also arranged a very fast delivery and took the time to explain several financing options, which helped us choose the one that worked best for our budget. We really appreciated his excellent customer service and attention to detail. If you're looking for a new mattress, we highly recommend asking for Michael!
