Our two new custom order pieces arrived today and are absolutely perfect! HUGE shout out to John & Nick for delivery. They are true furniture professionals, protecting our walls, floors, & banisters for the upstairs drop off. Fantastic experience!
View on GoogleTom Etz helped me when I purchased an important piece of furniture. He was professional, patient, and answered all my questions. John and Nick made the delivery with efficiency. They were clean-cut, polite, and friendly. They even rescued a big turtle in the middle of my street and put him near a pond beyond the end of the street so that he would not be run over. The entire experience with Highland Furniture was perfect. Highly recommended.

The first one I purchased didn’t meet my needs, so I returned it—with a restocking fee, as expected. But Jeff didn’t stop there; he went out of his way to help me find the perfect chair. You won’t find service like this in Austin—shop local! I’ve bought other furniture here and have always received top quality. You get what you pay for, but outstanding customer service and support come from a great company, and this one is among the best. I’ll never shop anywhere else!
View on GoogleI honestly couldn’t be more suprised by the level of customer service. We got a frame and was missing two very important pieces, the side of the bed that connect foot and headboard. We were worried cause the “As is” paperwork that’s signed at pickup but despite them being closed today we got a call back were they let us know we were supposed to grab two boxes which is no big deal at all as mistakes happen. And even if we couldn’t get one immediately they’d help us with temporary ones until the correct ones came it which is a great level of care I never expected. It’s incredibly helpful cause I just had a knee surgery and I need a frame for the bed since mine had just broke and I can’t get up from bed with my knee from the bed on floor so to me it was just extra special and a huge appreciation.
