Mattress By Appointment Austin Tx

10/10 recommend! I didn’t know what to expect from Mattress By Appointment, but I’ll be going back to Chris anytime I need a bed. He’s an independent retailer offering the same mattresses you’d find in big furniture stores for about half the price. He has tons of options to try, from firm memory foam to super plush. Variety aside, what really stood out was Chris himself. He is one of the friendlier types you meet around that you can talk to with ease. He’s a professional and down-to-earth guy who offers delivery and payment options, and truly values his customers. I was over an hour late on delivery day due to things out of my control, and he still greeted me with total patience and a smile. This specific spot is one of those gems we will keep close to our hearts ❤️ Thank you!

Chris was amazing, had what I needed and delivered with an hour. Hard to beat his prices. He was $100’s less then the mattress store Great product and unbelievable customer service. He definitely went above and beyond! Thanks I’ll be a repeat customer.

If you are in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend Mattress by Appointment Austin/Lakeway!! Chris made the buying process so quick and easy, And my daughter loves her new mattress! He has a great selection of quality mattresses to choose from and delivers your mattress to your front door! Five stars all the way, we will be buying from Chris again!

Great experience, great prices! Two kings in under a week notice and when I hit the hay, the hay hit back!!

Chris is great! We were in and out in about 30 minutes. He is great with kids and very knowledgeable about how the mattresses are made and how they are different from other brands. I was shocked to know that we could just throw a full sized mattress in the back of our Tahoe and sleep on it that same night. No delivery fee!
