Holder Bedding Inc

I can’t remember if it was the second or third time that we have bought mattresses there, but you guys did an excellent job collectively, making the mattresses to our specifications and letting my wife and I try everything out, and now since this is my 5th surgery with my arms, I need a replacement two sided mattress. The value was absolutely wonderful. I need a little more help from you guys. I really appreciate your help. So, everybody out there in the local community needs to get over to Holder Mattress on Granville Ave., Muncie, IN and get a two top mattress from you ladies and gentlemen, alike!!!

My parents bought a mattress a few years ago at the Muncie store. They had issues with the material inside mattress. Holder restuffed the mattress. Again, they were having issues with it. Holder ended up giving them a new mattress at no charge to them with no questions or hassles. We appreciate that you stand behind your product and take care of the customer. Thank you for being a top-notch business! It is rare to find this type of loyalty these days! Thank you again!

We are enjoying our new mattress from Holder in Anderson! Also have to go on a bit regarding their service. Mark is much more of a service provider than a salesman, helping you find the right products based on what you ask for rather than pushing for his bottom line. Thanks to Mark and Holder!

3 star review because of a couple issues we had. The issue wasn’t with Mark though. It was with how the bed was put together over at their assembly building. Mark was great to interact with. He has great customer service and communication. We ended up going a different route for a bed after having a couple issues with a bed we bought. Mark tried to take care of the issue and he eventually gave a full refund. He even didn’t take out the charge to pick the bed up from our refund. We are grateful Mark took care of us anyway despite not getting a bed from him. Thank you!

Co-Owner Mark was very accomodating, helpful and a good listener. I purchased a queen set and then quickly went back for a double set as well. Can't beat a flippable mattress. Delivery men were prompt. Highly recommend.
