American Mattress

My wife and I bought this hybrid I comfort beb from mattress firm in Feb 2025. It has lost its shape so we called them. Anderson store tried to help after I was turned down for replacement. They said it did not have a law tag. Ok no law tag but has a receipt when and where it was bought. Did not matter to them. I ask if they made a habit of selling things from there stores that does not have the required life expectancy of what they said the mattress was warrantied for. Bottom line I hope no one goes back to matress firm to buy anything. (I know we will not.) Best advertisement is word of mouth so please be cautious with them. I also called Serta and talked to them and they said they let there stores handle the warranties. I will be letting my family know what happened which is pretty good size in this area. It might have been different if they would have at least tried to offer something to buy a different one from them but there was nothing else said to us at all.

Josh, the manager was great! He was very helpful in discussing my options and being mindful of my budget. Very professional. Wish I could say the same about the white glove delivery service. The waterproof mattress protector was wet and dirty. And the delivery people said they weren’t supposed to put that on my mattress before they left. That wasn’t what I was told by Josh.

The salesman that worked with me was Yousef. He was patient and allowed me to try just about every bed in the store and then do some research before coming back later that day to buy. When I figured out the one I liked, he worked to get a better price. Overall great experience. If the bed doesn't work out, I'm sure they'll take care of me.

Josh Voris was extremely helpful today. I have purchased from this store in the past. I wanted a specific mattress. Josh was able to find one even though it had been discontinued. I will continue to be a return customer. Great experience and happy customer!

I wrote a review 2 years ago saying this was a good mattress store. Since then it has went down hill. I ordered a replacement mattress Jan 25 and was told the latest date I would receive the mattress would be March 26. Today is April 3rd and I still have yet to receive my mattress. There has been many changes in managers at this store and this new one I am not fond of. When I call he is short with us. Tells us there is nothing he can do, it is all out of his control. He will even tell us he will contact his higher up and get back to us but never does. Each time we call he literally says "do you remember last time when I said we don't know when your mattress will be in?!" Well I wouldn't think it would take over 2 months to get a mattress! I even ordered a pillow in Jan it was in stock and was told I cannot have it until my mattress comes in. They will do nothing for me and will not give me any answers on when I might see my mattress. I keep getting the run around! I definitely will not be doing business with them anymore. Where is the good customer service anymore? Where is the helping customers and compensating when things go wrong? I pay extra for the exchange program just to be treated horribly?!
