I purchased my bed In May and the day they arrived and set up my bed they broke it. I immediately contact the guy who sold me the bed and he informed me that he would order me a new one. A month after purchasing still nothing. Then the brand new mattress started busting out on the sides. The form of the mattress started deforming. Along with the mattress deforming the rails to the bed that keeps the bed together started to bend and break. I would have to keep taking the mattress off and fixing them. It is now November and the guy that helped me still has not responded to my text about replacing the broken bed piece. I wanted to purchase more furniture for my home because the customer service in the store was great! but after this incident I just can't. This looks bad for business. I have Followed up with him several times and he just kept telling me he ordered the piece and will contact me when it comes in. I will Not recommend this place. Be careful with this place.

Maria was my salesperson and she was so very helpful and attentive, she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I will definitely be returning when a have another purchase need.

I recently purchased a living set and I am extremely happy with the craftsmanship and beauty of the set. Another amazing point was the cost I paid. Given the senseless and over priced cost of so many things, I am pleased to say the living set was affordable and added value to my living room. So, in closing I’ll like to thank Maria for her knowledge and expertise in offering me a great deal…, one I couldn’t walk away from. To Mohammed for his courteous mannerisms and last the delivery drivers that were relieved that no upper flight of steps were involved to set up the living room set. View on GoogleHomebase furniture was absolutely amazing to work with no complaints with them it would just have to be with there distributors forgiving non-accurate times. It was an amazing experience and I truly love the guys and girls that work at home base they would go out of there way to help. The reason for giving 4 stars was all based on the distributors and even then I can’t blame them either COVID messed everything and the timeframe is something we all have to work with in these times.
