Loving our new Estate 5000 mattress. The service and delivery coordinated by Erik was flawless. Great communication every step of the way, even got a follow up call minutes after delivery to assure that set up was done well. Could not ask for better service and the product seems to be exceptional.
View on GoogleFell in love with the Iron and Brass Sleigh Daybed. Called with a few questions and Erik, our salesperson, addressed them completely and prepped the order for me so all I had to do was click through, pay and complete the purchase. The entire order, mattresses, bedframe, head and footboards, and trundle shipped via UPS within 10 days of the manufacturing estimate. Great diagrams, hardware and needed tools, as well as some touch-up paint for the beautiful daybed. Husband and I put it together same day! Excellent and Made in USA, completely . . . even the mattresses! Very comfy!
View on GoogleWe purchased the Charleston Iron Headboard years ago from Charles Rogers years ago. A couple of the small brass balls broke off/went missing recently. We were able to order these parts directly from Charles Rogers and they fit perfectly. Great customer service.
View on GoogleLove my Charles P Rogers mattress - have had it for 6 years. Pet accident destroyed the zip on pillow top. i called and they were able to make me a new one!! They were so nice, helpful, and prompt with expedited delivery. Less than 2 weeks later i had received the new top. Thank you so much - i am so grateful. Excellent mattress and excellent customer service!
View on GooglePretty impressed. Did some research and my daughter loved the design of the Cottage Bed with footboard. I made the order. It shipped and arrived MUCH faster than expected. It was well packaged. Everything was perfect. Clearly they've done this before. I followed the instructions and the bed was simple to put together. I had issues at first about the nuts getting chipped up, but after touching them up with the supplied paint, voila! Great piece. Solid construction. Beautiful design. Well done!
