Home Makers Furniture Designs

Kathy was the sales manager that helped me. After hours at multiple other furniture stores this week, I finally found someone who is knowledgeable and gives great customer service. I really feel like I got quality furniture at a reasonable price with a great warranty. I highly recommend this store and Kathy in particular if you are shopping for furniture. I bought two sofas, 3 chairs, 3 ottomans, and 4 pillows, with warranty and delivery for the price of 1 large sectional at other places.

We went to Home Makers to buy a sectional for our new house. Kathy was great and helped us find the right piece. When the sectional was delivered, one part of it had a hole on it. We also realized that the orientation of the sectional we ordered was incorrect and would not fit in our living room. We contacted Kathy and she was more than willing to help us out. Home Makers picked up the original sectional and delivered a new sectional with the opposite orientation and it fit in our living room perfectly. Kathy at Home Makers is great to work with and the whole process was a great experience.

We were in the market for a new mattress and Kathy was super helpful in making the process easy and was willing to help us get the best deal possible. She has been super helpful in getting our delivery set up and we look forward to working with her again on other needs very soon!

Kathy Perry was absolutely amazing. She considered our needs, showed us great value for the price, and gave us space to make decisions without feeling pushed. By far our best furniture shopping experience. We got three rooms of furniture in a few hours and was thrilled with the experience.

My husband and I were looking for new furniture and we’ve always loved lazy boy. However, we stopped at homemakers in Mechanicsville and not only did that have just what we were looking for they did not pressure us into anything and were up front about pricing, delivery dates and even the quality of the furniture and where it was made. I was able to text back-and-forth with Jeff, if I had any questions while we were still looking at other places, and he was kind and friendly. We ended up coming back to purchase the original pieces from homemakers that we originally fell in love with. We received the furniture a little earlier than the original date that they had told us. The furniture was delivered and we thought everything was fine until we realized there was a small scratch on one piece of one of the couches that I did not notice till a few weeks later. I ended up texting with a lady named Kathy and she immediately offered to have a new piece sent to us with zero hassle!! I cannot say enough good things, not only about the store, but about Kathy and Jeff and their amazing customer service! I would absolutely shop here again, and I will definitely be referring family and friends!!
