We went with the intent of not purchasing a mattress that day, but to only "look". However after talking to Shane who is very knowledgeable and exceptional to work with, we purchased a great mattress. It was delivered today, 5.14.2026 by Bob and his helper who were also great. We will definitely return in the future.

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE... THEY OWN 2 STORES. READ YOUR CONTRACT.. IF THE MATTRESS COMES AND IT'S NOT THE SAME AS THE ONE IN THE STORE, THEY WILL NOT TAKE THE MATTRESS BACK... IT'S NON RETURNABLE. HOPE YOU DON'T MIND NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. My sister went into the store and told them she needed a FIRM mattress. She sat on one she liked that was shown to her and purchased it. When it was delivered the mattress set up higher and she felt like she was sliding off.. The edges had no support like the one in the store. So they brought her out a lower profile boxspring. Even though it's 4 inches lower, you still sink into the edge when you sit down on it. You have to get into the middle of the mattress for firmness. My sister called and spoke to the owner Andy, who was rude cutting her off telling her its the same as the one in the store and had her so upset because he wouldn't listen to what she was trying to say. I called and after explaining she just wants then to come get it and refund her.. it's been 1week , he said they don't take mattresses back and read the back of the contract. She was not told that when she purchased it I'm sure. And she would have had them take it back when they delivered it but while they were there delivering it she had to leave them in the house alone because of a medical emergency.... so they get to keep her money and she gets a piece of crap. And Andy said "that's because she bought what she could afford".... He was so rude to me and kept cutting me off while I was explaining what it was doing, that I was getting upset but when he implied it's because she was cheap, I ended the conversation. THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. I'D GIVE 0 STARS.. BUT IT'S NOT AN OPTION. SO IF YOU BUY HERE.. BEWARE. UPDATE: THE OWNER HAS RESPONDED AND SAID HE RESOLVED THE ISSUE WITH THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER, WHICH NOT ONLY DID HE NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING HE NOW HAS INFORMED HER THAT UNLESS I TAKE DOWN MY POST HE WILL NOT BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL BOXSPRING SHE PAID FOR.... NOW NOT ONLY IS HE RUDE, AND A BAD BUSINESSMAN, HE'S BECOME AN EXTORTIONIST? HOLDING THE BOXSPRING? UNTIL YOU FIX THIS AND APOLOGIZE TO MY SISTER FOR NOT ONLY YOUR BAD BEHAVIOR, BUT YOUR SALES PERSONS OMITTING THE FACT THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS... MINUS THE 1 COMFORT CORRECTION. YOU FIX IT AND I WILL TAKE DOWN ALL MY POSTS BECAUSE THERE ARE MORE.

Staff was nice. They have a good selection for all price ranges. The delivery was on time as scheduled. The delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
