Price Busters Discount Furniture

I visited Price Busters on March 30th and had an excellent experience with one of the young female associates. She was extremely attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the shopping experience smooth and comfortable from start to finish. She is definitely an asset to your team. 👏 Unfortunately, there was also a male associate who identified himself as her manager who came across as dismissive and unprofessional. He walked past multiple times without greeting customers and seemed irritated when asked to assist. His attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which was disappointing considering how hard the young lady was working to provide great service. I hope upper management or a GM can recognize the outstanding work of this associate and also address the concerns regarding professionalism and teamwork. Great customer service should be supported, not made more difficult. Overall, I truly appreciate the help I received from her — she did an amazing job! ⭐

I'm giving the product we purchased from Price Busters a 1 star review. The store employees were very professional. We spent about $2,600 on this couch had issues with the cushions. Some were filled with hard green styrofoam while others were filled with almost like poly-fil material. After emailing them and complaining about the cushions they sent new ones with softer filling, however, definitely these did not last long at all and are deflated. We have had this couch since july of last year, it is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The fabric is some-what rough and the cushions are really sagging. We wish we would have seen the couch first in person rather than special order it online. We saw this couch online for almost a year and really liked the look of it and saw that the reviews were ideal. Now its about $1,000 cheaper than what we paid for. I wonder why.......Never again. Buyers remorse to a tee. We are sooooo angry with ourselves deciding on this purchase. Dellara Chalk Sectional 4-piece please save yourself the resentment and do not buy this product.

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE! I purchased a dresser for my mother. The delivery drivers bought the dresser, placed it in my mother's bedroom, had her sign, and left. My mother opened the box to find that the bottom of the dresser was damaged. After contacting the store we purchased the dresser from and being given an email address for customer service because they do not have a phone number to speak to a live individual (which I am not surprised with customer service such as this) we were offered the option of taking the dresser to the store our selves and swapping it for the dresser on the floor, driving and returning the dresser to the Baltimore warehouse and swapping it out, or paying them $129 to come pic up the damaged dresser and bring us a new dresser. My mother is 70 years old. We contacted the store within an hour of delivery. The drivers neglected to tell my mother she needed to open the dresser in front of them to confirm it was in satisfactory condition before leaving, and didn't offer any instructions on the delivery process or on returning damaged goods. Furthermore, the warehouse should have never allowed this dresser to be boxed up for purchase when they saw whomever assembled the dresser caused damage.

My man Kaden (Great Salesman)sold me at the door. However the delivery guys weren't worth a darn. You pay $200.00 for just a drop off delivery. They seemed to be in a hurry. Carried the loveseat and kitchen set (in a box) upstairs but automatically said that the couch was to big to take upstairs. Had to put the kitchen set together on my own and ended up having to carry the sofa around to the back door and put in the living room myself.

Brian and Unique are very helpful and accommodating. We stopped in twice to look at a couch that would fit our space and both times they were very patient and gave us all the information we needed as well as giving us a discount on our purchase. We sincerely appreciate their service.
