Great job and excellent customer service from the staff at Home Zone - Lake Worth location in Fort Worth. Malik made it happen, Daniel dazzled us and the Manager Jacob was very joyful. They all were very helpful. Me and my husband were able to purchase a new sofa and recliner that meets our needs with minimal hassle. I recommend going and taking a look!

Came in and found exactly what we were looking for! The most beautiful dresser. AMAZING prices! Super nice staff. Daisy and Emma were so personable and didn’t pressure us into buying anything we didn’t want. Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our bed!

Tim was so helpful in helping me decide which pieces to get. He ran multiple quotes for me so i could choose the best options and we ended up getting some beautiful pieces! He also gave me great info on warranty details and scheduling deliveries, as one was out of stock at the time. ***Quick update after delivery- I was contacted the morning of delivery by text to let me know the driver had started the route for the day, what stop my delivery was and approximate arrival time. There was also a link to watch truck location that updated as stops had been completed and any changes to arrival time. Initial time frame given was 12pm to 3pm- and they arrived at 12:18pm. They were in and out in like 10 mins- dining room table assembly and everything! Was very impressed. I have another piece coming at a later date and I hope it goes as smoothly as this one!

Daisy (floor sales..) was thorough and knowledgeable regarding the products! She sold me on the HZ sleeping mattress smart bundle! Delivery was available the next day - but I declined! Delivery & setup crews were excellent - courteous and respectful of properties/products. Outstanding customer service: on initial delivery I discovered and reported a small 1 inch split on the outer mattress cover woven fabric. Once reported they immediately had a replacement mattress in route! No question - Wow!!!
