Upon walking in, I was greeted right away and Billy, the manager came out to assist me. Billy delivered great customer service and gave solid information in regards to the bed my husband and I are in need of. Personable and informative. Billy was the main person who helped us, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He took the time to walk us through the different models without any pressure and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Prince also stepped in to assist at times and was very friendly and welcoming. It genuinely felt like they wanted us to make the right decision for us, not just make a sale. We’re still deciding on the bed, but we did purchase a couple of pillows and are really happy with them so far. We just wanted to leave a review to recognize Billy and Prince for their professionalism and great customer service. We appreciate the experience and will definitely be back when we’re ready to move forward.
