We had an outstanding experience at Hometown Furniture in Zephyrhills, Florida! From the moment we walked in, Dave (and eventually the rest of the staff) made us feel welcome and taken care of. Their customer service is truly exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we needed without any pressure.
What impressed us even more were the incredible sale prices. We couldn’t believe the quality of the furniture compared to the amazing deals they were offering. It’s rare to find a store where both the service and the savings exceed expectations, but Hometown Furniture delivers on both fronts.
If you're looking for beautiful furniture, great value, and top-notch service, we highly recommend stopping by. This place is a gem!

Very happy with customer service! Jackie was very professional was very patient with the wife and I while we looked at many tables one end of the store to the other a few times! lol also that nice big computer to look for things again Jackie was understanding! Delivery was very good (with the exception of the delivery people were not dressed very well one wearing flip flops and the other was wearing pants so low he almost exposed his crack both smelled of cigarettes and marijuana) very happy with product and delivery with the exception! They were pretty professional just attire was a disappointment
Wish delivery fee was not so much (have gotten from other places FREE Delivery) not a huge deal

We bought two low profile box springs from Hometown Furniture. They were very helpful and knew exactly what we needed. They were very personable and professional. The quality of the furniture was great. The delivery was great as well. The guys were friendly and very efficient! We are very satisfied with our experience with Hometown Furniture. We will definitely do business with them in the future!

My first time stopping into Hometown FURNITURE of Zepyhrhills Florida. Looking for a small end table for my TV and light switch remotes. The Representative John, walked me around the showroom. Found the perfect table. I seen beautiful furniture in the showroom. I received an excellent customer service experience. Definitely, will come back soon. I ❤️ love my table.

The moment we walked through the door, we knew it was a trap… lol. We love furniture shopping, and even though our only mission was to find a new mattress, we couldn’t help ourselves. Every piece of furniture we passed had to be tested out—so many great options to choose from!
We finally made it to the mattresses, tried out what we could, and made our decision. And yes… everything we passed on the way to the counter got tested and mentally added to my “come back later” list lol.
The associates were extremely nice, professional, patient, and helpful. They fully enabled my shenanigans, and I appreciate that! Overall, it was a really good experience.
My only critique is that when it came time to check out and face the financial damage I’d done, I wasn’t offered any financing or payment options. While I’m grateful I was able to cover the bill, I would’ve appreciated having choices.
Aside from that, we truly had a great time in there. Would definitely return!
