James made the process so easy—what I thought would be overwhelming turned into a smooth experience. I went in for one fridge and ended up leaving with two: one for inside the house and another for the garage. Not only was it a great deal, but it just made sense to do.

I had the best experience at Famous Tate Wesley Chapel! I needed a new range and wanted a new microwave to match. Beth was so fantastic! Friendly, funny, not at all pushy, extremely knowledgeable subject matter expert, and a genuinely kind human. She showed me several options, I was able to narrow it down some, then I went home to research and look up reviews online.
I went back the next morning, notes in hand, and Beth answered my new questions without ever being pushy. I am so impressed with the level of customer service at this location! I ordered my appliances and the communication regarding delivery and install was perfect. The guys got everything in the house and installed beautifully without a single scratch. They hauled off my old range so one less thing to mess with.
Beth was responsive to my emails as well when I had further questions come up during the process. Give that girl a raise 😉

What a fabulous experience! I went to a competitor that had a great price and stood around waiting for someone to assist me...no one came and I eventually gave up and went to Famous Tate. When I walked in, Dawn came right up and began to answer my questions. She helped me select an appliance and the whole team was helpful as I took a few visits to make my final choice. My husband and I had decided we would be willing to pay more to go with Famous Tate, however, when we got the final price, Famous Tate was less than the big box competitor! The installation, delivery, and haul away charges were much lower with Famous Tate, so the "great deal" the big box was offering was actually thirty dollars more expensive. The installation team came 3 days later (it was even black Friday weekend) and did a great job!
Overall, I absolutely love the washer/dryer and the experience. I also love the fact that if I have any problems, I have somebody that I can call and talk to easily (who knows what they're doing)! That is priceless. A lot of thanks to Dawn and the whole team!
