Garrett and his team were amazing. Needed a special chair he went out of his way to make sure it was exactly what we needed. Then his delivery drivers went above and beyond anything I've ever seen when delivering, they were very professional and nice. Even helped take out the old furniture. Great prices great service I would highly recommend this place! Thank you guys for everything we will definitely be back!
View on GoogleThis furniture is no where near good quality. I was told my sectional was real leather. NOT EVEN CLOSE! The furniture you get is not the same as what’s on the sale floor. Pass this place up. Go to NFM were you get what you pay for. I’m stuck with an expensive lemon. And their return policy is non existent. That should have given me the first clue about this place. I tried buying local from a small family business and got screwed. Never Again!! Down below are photos of your so called quality leather (pleather) I’ve had this couch for 3 months and they are already junk.
View on GoogleSpent a lot of time researching furniture for my family and our 5 cats. The furniture is really good quality. I was told my sectional was real leather and IT IS! The furniture I got is exactly what’s on the sale floor. Don’t pass this place up. Don’t go to NFM where you may not get what you pay for. I got a very affordable non-lemon. I haven’t tried to return my sectional because it’s too amazing. I’m really proud I supported a local small business. Always Again!!!! I’ll update with photos of my quality purchase. I’ve had this couch for 3 months and stills perfect, like new.
View on GoogleGot a recliner on financing? Got to my house the recliner is not comfortable. It feels like it leans to one side called to find out about returning it right at 2 weeks of having it, because it's not a comfortable chair, got told that they don't take returns, I called up a couple of days after I bought the chair to get the love seat recliner that rocks was told by Garret Smith that they don't do returns on furniture, they will help you return with the bed, but they don't do returns on furniture unless they have the effective equipment. They're supposed to come out to fix the recliner because the handles are loose on it I was told by Garret Smith that the recliner beings it was a rocker recliner shouldn't have to be to far from my wall it has to be 2 foot away from my wall I am not happy with this company don't like this freaking furniture but can not get an exchange on it can't file with the better Business Bureau because they're not listed with the better Business Bureau I already posted on Facebook so I'm leaving a review here we'll see if they come out to try to fix the handles on this I just want to take the furniture back I will be getting ahold of the finance company to see what I can't do.
