I had a wonderful experience working with Household Appliance. Kaitlyn, my sales associate, truly went above and beyond with her customer service. She helped me find the appliances that best fit my needs and was incredibly knowledgeable, providing great feedback to all of my questions. I greatly appreciated her assistance in expediting my delivery, which made a significant difference. I would highly recommend working with Household Appliance and Kaitlyn in the future. Their exceptional customer service is evident and truly sets them apart.

Wonderful experience overall! No pushy salespeople and Kelli Weir was patient with us and gave us exactly what we wanted right down to a USA Wisconsin made couch. Delivery was flawless and Rick and Paul were super efficient and friendly. Great experience!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They lie about pricing and when they are caught they take no accountability! I came in for a mattress and am only here for 2 months out of the year. I asked Eric, the sales guy who has been there 15 years and sold my uncle a mattress, for the cheapest memory foam mattress. He told me which one and I purchased immediately and was on my way. I came to pick up the next morning and turns out they gave me the wrong mattress due to Eric writing the invoice up wrong (yet I was still charged full price). I came back immediately, extremely confused, and checked the price tag of the one that Eric wrote up for me. Turns out that one was $800 and was a coil mattress. Why was I charged over $1300 then still? Makes absolutely no sense. Then I start looking at the prices of the mattress because I am skeptical now, and turns out he sold me the most expensive one in the row I inquired about. He is extremely shady and so is every employee here. Their prices are outrageous and they try to steal from people.
