Cynthia Barton was phenomenal help. Simply put, she is kind, personal and has all the answers. Howell furniture has a great selection and Cynthia knew exactly how to make it fit for my style.

We have been waiting for at least 2-3 months to get our couch repaired. Someone came to our home to access the damage but has not contacted us. When my husband contacted the numbers we have he was told they did not have us down for a repair. Very odd!!

Susan at the Nederland location was wonderful to work with! She helped us for about 3 months leading up to our big purchase, and through the whole process. I highly recommended miss Susan at Howell’s in Nederland!

Most of the furniture in my home is from Howell's. Our first purchase was from the store on Gulf and we continue to get high quality options and great service anytime we need something. Ask for Austin next time you are at the Nederland store.
