The associate Chris was extremely knowledgeable, patient and very kind and helped me choose the right mattress for me. He definitely knew what he was talking about and didn't make me feel rushed about picking what I wanted. You've got an amazing employee with Chris and I'd go see him for my next mattress in a second. The process was easy and I'm so excited for my new mattress to arrive

My step father, who is wheelchair restricted, ordered a mattress from this company, and they delivered a king size, vs the queen size he ordered. When discussing the mistake with the salesperson, Mark, he decided he didn't like the direction the conversation was going and promptly hung up. It wouldn't be such an issue if my stepfather were able bodied, but instead, he has to hire help to move furniture around to allow for the new mattress placement. As it is, they have been paid in full, but my stepfather won't have his bed until Sunday...4 days away. The mistake is understandable, but the rude and unprofessional handling of things isn't. UPDATE!!! I truly don't know how much more this purchase could have gotten screwed up without knowing that the company was purposely trying to sabotage the transaction on purpose out of spite or whatever. Skip forward to today, the day they said they would be able to fulfill the order.(a full week) The delivery guys show up as promised, and ask for the King size mattress to exchange for the Queen size we ordered. That wouldn't be a problem had the last delivery guys left the King mattress here with us, but they didn't...they took it with them last week when it was discovered it was the wrong mattress. 30 minutes goes by, and no one at the company can confirm that it was returned. We spoke with several people in Port Arthur, up to all levels of management...still no idea. Finally just asked for our money back, to which Catherine at the Beaumont store said, "That wasn't in her capabilities. I'm locked out of that option." So we called their corporate office, three way called Cliff back at the Port Arthur Store, and amazing they could issue a refund now. Again, I don't know if it's revenge for us being upset about the first screw up, or just plain incompetence, but this buying experience was horrible, one of the worst we've ever dealt with.

Chris did a great job of taking care of us. We are waiting for delivery, but just looking at customer service during the sale, we are extremely happy. Nicely done.

I was happy with the rep. Teresa. I was able to sample several mattresses. This is what I purchased at a very reasonable price.

We purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress today. Teresa greeted us when we walked in. She was friendly and took the time to help us find the perfect mattress for our comfort and budget. Thank you Teresa for making our experience a great one.
