I. Keating Furniture World

Kobe is an outstanding sales person. He energetically assisted us upon arrival at the store. He was well informed of the furniture we were seeking. We stopped in just to look for a chair with no intentions of buying. Just doing research. There was no high pressure sales tactics. Just simple discussion and explanation of features and operation. It was a pleasure to work with Kobe. Thank you.

We visited the store several times in a two week timespan while shopping for furniture, and overall had a mixed but generally okay experience. At times, the process felt a bit uncomfortable and disorganized. On one visit, a salesperson followed us closely even after we mentioned we were just browsing. Another time, we were looking for a specific recliner option but ended up walking around the store trying to figure out which models had that feature. We also made a special one-hour trip for a promoted sale, only to find the items we were interested in didn’t qualify, which was frustrating. That said, one of the salespeople we worked with was very helpful, took time to understand what we wanted, and clearly explained the pros and cons of different sofas, which we really appreciated. Overall, there’s room for improvement in communication and organization, but it wasn’t a bad experience and the helpful service we did receive stood out.

Loren is great to work with. He did a lot of research work to help make our furniture buying experience the best we have had in a long time. Helping us figure out the style and colors brought us a solution that will work for our family room dimensions. Thanks Loren!!

We just purchased a dining room set from I.Keating furniture. We dealt with Craig Sosa who was excellent to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We haven't received the set yet as was ordered but purchasing experience was very good.

Combined with Ashley Furniture is a good place for selection of furniture from chairs to beds to couches to tables to night stands to dressers.
