Mattress Firm Bismarck Expressway

From the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding. Lexi took the time to really understand how I sleep, what I was struggling with, and what mattered most, without ever being pushy. Her knowledge of the Tempur-Pedic and Purple mattress lines were impressive, and she explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. What stood out most was how comfortable she made me feel. She could sell a bed to someone who thought they didn’t need a new one(!). Truly exceptional service. Lexi doesn’t just sell beds—she sells better sleep. Highly recommend Lexi if you’re shopping here.

I can’t thank mattress firm enough for selling me the bed of my dreams literally and at such affordable prices and easy financing terms I’m telling you if your wanting a new mattress or an adjustable bed which is what I got it comes with usb ports, lights under the bed, the head and feet raise and lower and want to hear the real kicker has a built in massager what more could you ask for all on affordable monthly payments plus no interest if you pay it off In so many months I had Zach the salesman he wasn’t pushy at all in fact he was very helpful in the entire process and didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive bed there he took what I wanted in a bed and he made it happen I honestly thought I’d get turned down due to credit nope I instantly got approved!! I’m serious you should give them a try they are truly awesome after I pay my adjustable bed off I’m going back for a mattress I won’t use anyone but mattress firm!! Thank you mattress firm and Zach for making this happen your number #1

Lexi met me at the door. Asked me what I was looking for. She is very knowledgeable. Jason gave me a super great deal. They are very willing to work with you to make sure you are happy with your bed !!! Unlike a different shady character in town...ugh. I love my bed ! Thank you.

I have bought several mattresses for my home from Matress Firm over the years. The reason I keep coming back is because every time I set foot in the door, my presence is immediately acknowledged with a smile and warm welcome, and I always feel like I’m being treated like family. Not everywhere is like this unfortunately, and even if a store is busy, being acknowledged when you may potentially be spending thousands of dollars, goes a long way with me. I always see faces I recognize even after not being in the store for a year or more, and they always seem to recognize me and that makes me feel like I’m shopping in the right place. I’ve also never been pressured to buy something more than I intended when I come in Jason’s stores. I met Lexi this last visit, who was very professional yet I felt like I was talking to a friend, and quick to narrow down what I was looking for in a guest bedroom with my budget. I appreciated her knowledge and there wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer. They truely want to make sure you are a satisfied customer and they will do everything they can to make that happen. If you are looking for a matress do yourself a favor and check out Matress Firm before you go anywhere else. Just go walk in and talk to someone and see what happens.

Zac was great! The mattress was delivered and set up as promised and is working out great so far. Pleasurable experience.
