Had warranty issue with my Mattress. Called this Factory and they told me to call the store where I bought it. Thought for sure I was getting the run around but to my surprise when I called the store I bought from it was taken care of fast. Pros; They stood behind their Warranty. Cons; zero

Great company keeping jobs here in Illinois. Some of the reviews below do not make sense and I would love to see them removed. Asking a consumer for proof of purchase and offering solutions is standard practice. ISP offers products that fit all budgets, and they work hard at retaining customers. Think before you post a negative review, the people working at ISP appreciate it!

I purchased a mattress from a local dealer with warranty. I submitted a claim for a covered defect and was told they cannot replace, only repair. However, the repair requires for the mattress to be sent to another city, cut open, fabric stretched, re-sewn and then shipped back to us after a couple of weeks! Ridiculous! What kind of warranty requires leaving customer without somewhere to sleep for at least two weeks. Not to mention I am 34 weeks pregnant. Absolutely unacceptable!

Purchased a queen mattress June 2020 from C-BUS in Columbus, OH manufactured by I.S.P. and it has been the worst sleeping mattress, I've ever owned. Contacted C-BUS owner who wants an additional $400 to replace the mattress making this purchase $1299. What a disgrace and rip-off! No kind words from me for either company. I.S P. doesn't even return calls. Smdh!!

I ordered a mattress through this company from a third part furniture store I purchased the mattress in september 2019 and it needed replacement by March I reached out to this company sending pics and warranty info only to be told it would not be replaced and I could bring it into the office to be restuffed. This was such a rip off seeing that I purchased a mattress with a warranty. Sue you guys are the worst company ever.
