Mattress Firm Pulaski Promenade

had a really great experience at Mattress Firm. The salesman Mr Ulysses, was incredibly polite, kind, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen as I shared my situation—my wife being ill and the lack of sleep I’ve been dealing with—and that meant a lot. What stood out most was that he didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything. Instead, he really listened and guided me toward options that made sense for my needs. That kind of care and authenticity is rare. Truly an awesome experience. I’m very grateful for his help.

Shauntell, the store manager, was extremely knowledgeable and informative when helping us choose the right mattress. She wasn't pushy, she was friendly, and even a bit funny!

Ulysses was great, very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable with him and he did not pressure us or make us feel rushed or dumb for asking any dumb questions we had. Definitely recommend him and this location! Thank you Ulysses

I purchased my mattress about four months ago, and I’m still extremely happy with my decision. The customer representative, Ulysses, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped guide me to the perfect mattress without any pressure. Thanks to his help, I found exactly what I needed, and my sleep has improved so much since then. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism he showed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone shopping for a mattress, and I highly recommend asking for Ulysses . He’s an amazing employee, and the company is lucky to have him.

The store manager, Shauntell, was very patient and kind throughout the whole process of finding the right mattress for me. I highly recommend speaking with her for your next purchase!
