Image Home Furnishings

The store experience was awesome! No one hovered and we felt free to look around and to make our decisions without feeling pressured. Customer service was excellent once we were ready to purchase. Then, today, when Richard and Brenden delivered our new couch, we experienced more careful and thoughtful treatment during their work here. Thanks to all the crew at Image Home Furnishings!

We purchased furniture for our new home. We needed every room. Since we were traveling 5 1/2 hours away, they opened every single piece to ensure each piece was in perfect shape, then they repackaged it & helped us load it. We love the quality, the amazing service, and attention to detail!

Rating it low because from the outside perspective, this place doesn't even look like a store. I've lived here for 8 years and it looks like just a warehouse the stores all the goods versus a place to shop. The outside literally looks industrial with all the tractor-trailers scattered in the parking lot, blocking the view of the building itself... not to include all the shipping containers. Been inside one time though and they do have a great selection, but I never would have thought to come inside due to how the outside looks. Once inside, the staff weren't too much like a car salesman vulture. But they did follow me and keep an eye on me. If I own this place, I would but all the advertising trucks on the other side of the parking lot to make it more inviting. This place has 1000s of cars drive by each day.

Good selection with reasonable prices. Customer service is friendly and doesn’t follow you around as you shop, but was readily available to answer any questions. Love how they have special order where you can customize your piece. Delivery was easy and free. Solid quality and love the recliner I purchased. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Solid business that will have us as repeat customers. We found a sofa and loveseat we liked at a brand new place in the valley that was having a 50% off retail sale for their grand opening. Image had the identical couch in their showroom, and their regular price was $400 less that the other places “50% off” price. Ridiculous. We won’t bother going back to the other place. Image gets all of our furniture business from now on.
