Michelle was so helpful and personable! I am buying a mattress from out of state so I expected it to be a little more difficult than it actually was, but she made the whole thing very easy. She happily answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. Would definitely recommend Michelle and Wasilla Mattress Firm to anybody!
View on GoogleMichelle leap was amazing. From walking in to walking out could not be more satisfied. Her wealth of knowledge was a game changer. If your in the market for a new bed especially if you have specific needs go chat with Michelle she will get you set up.
View on GoogleWe were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Mikayla, the salesperson, was friendly and knowledgeable. She informed us of other products to help with our mattress health but was not pushy on sales. Great experience and will definitely keep my business with Mattress Firm.
View on GoogleZero Stars is probably more accurate. Been in a lot of places that sell mattresses in my lifetime. Floor Models all have protective coverings for folk's feet; I'm sure they are cleaned daily or whatever. Not here, they want you to remove your shoes or put protective coverings on, so they don't have to clean the floors or mattress covers. Beautyrest and Furniture Enterprises of AK get 5+ stars--quick to communicate and honor warranty of 4-year-old mattress that sunk. All is done and go to go --until-- we went to store to make swap. Sales lady refused to take mattress saying it was "stained". Manager in Anchorage refused to facetime or see mattress for herself. Honorable that she backed employee, but you can't do so completely ignoring and screwing the customer. Forced us the customer to wait 2+ weeks until Furniture Enterprises of AK warranty division could schedule a pickup and deliver our new mattress. No stains, no issues, as a matter of fact the delivery guys were awesome too. Would sleep on ice covered rocks before I stepped foot in Mattress Firm again.
View on GoogleOur sales person was amazing- extremely knowledgeable - really knew and understood what we needed in a mattress - zero sales pressure - we are older and have specific health issues, she got us into what we needed without pressure and helped us with the actual financing of it - super highly recommended!
