Ivan Smith Furniture

Bought a lift chair and had it delivered. These guys couldn't have been more helpful and cordial. These guys can have some tough and physical work days but they were both friendly and helpful. They made sure I knew how to operate the chair and walked through the steps before they left so I really appreciate these guys for doing that. They are actually ambassadors of Ivan Smith because if the delivery goes awry, Ivan Smith's reputation is what takes a hit so recognize these gentlemen for the outstanding job they are doing daily.

My bed and nightstands arrived in the early part or the time window they gave me for delivery which was nice and allowed me to get on with my day. The two delivery men conducted themselves in a professional manner and were very courteous. They came in, put everything together and was done, ready to leave before I knew it. I don’t have my box spring for it yet, getting that today but I’m very happy with my bed and nightstands arrived. They are sturdy and should last for generations to come. They fit right in for the vintage Western European look I’m going for in my new home.

I had a very positive experience. My salesperson was very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase. She quoted the price for two different beds so that I could make my decision to purchase. She was willing to go the extra mile to help me have as much information to make my decision. I will recommend Ivan Smith to my friends and family for their furniture purchase. Love the bed I chose.

We were looking for a sample table and chairs. We were given time to look before being approached. They were honest about what we chose. I just feel the delivery coat was high. We live and a small town and can get anywhere in 15 minutes.
