Customer service was exceptional. The guys loading were very respectful and quick to load up my items. They also showed alot of concern and care for my seats and items Thats something you dont see in other local buisnesses. From the salesmen to the pickup process i am impressed with my overall experience.

The minute I walked in someone approached me to see what I was looking for. He took me over where I needed to be and showed what he had and even mentioned what other colors and styles I could get. He the proceeded to let me look. He didn't stand there pressuring me in buying something, and I appreciated that. I bought what I liked and they will deliver it to me. Easy peasy!!!.I will definitely come back.

Ivan Smith has been apart of me and my families upbringing myself, my mom, my grandmother and all her children and grands shop at Ivan smith. We absolutely love the hospitality, the products are great, they’re just a great business!

It's always a good experience when I go in. They greet you at the door and they can always find you what you looking for in your price range. I love it there.
