Ivan Smith Furniture

When my husband and I decide to purchase furniture of just about any kind or style we still look around at other stores first , but in the end we ALWAYS end up at Ivan Smith wondering why we went anywhere else in the first place. The reason for always returning to Ivan Smith, I believe, is because they have a good selection, affordable prices and a very nice staff. Mr. JR Ward at the Ivan Smith Burt Kouns, Shreveport location did a great job as a sales person. JR seemed to know his products well. He was not pushy which means something to us.He did not hover over us while we looked around. The young man did, though guide us through the store and was readily available when we had questions. This time we purchased a sofa and a new recliner and we love them both!

Jason came in and got to work! I was very impressed that he was able to take apart the sofa and completely recover the arms in less than two hours! Our sofa looks brand new again.

My experience was wonderful! Opie Spears was a very helpful and pleasant salesman to work with. The delivery guys were prompt and professional!

We had a wonderful technician who was able to find the problem with our motorized mattress (raise and lower head/feet). Over time the mattress had shifted and was catching on the headboard. He made adjustments all around to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. It was a simple fix, but something I could not have done. So appreciative of his help and Ivan Smith for taking care of it!

My salesman was JR ward.. was very helpful and explained in detail about every couch I liked at. By the time I made my decision, I was confident I made the right choice. The paper work was easy and quick! Great service from Ivan smith and JR Ward
