If I could give negative stars, I would! This business has repeatedly failed to give proper customer service. I highly recommend buying furniture from any place else. If you purchase from them, you’re likely to receive it damaged or not at all! When trying to inquire about the status of delivery or replacements, they won’t have your correct order or give you nothing but excuses for weeks or months. Unprofessional and not worth your time or money! It’s been 3 months since my original order, I received damaged furniture and have yet to be told when I will get the replacements for them. They won’t do refunds, so I’m stuck with the defective and damaged furniture.

Very impressed with the dining table I purchased from JR Furniture. I had to pick up the table shortly after closing and their team was generous enough to wait and load it on the truck. Highly recommend them for your furniture needs.

We purchased our sectional 2 weeks before receiving it through delivery and had to unfortunately pick up the missing piece at the store. We paid $100 for the delivery fee and was told to either pick it up or wait another 2 weeks. Other than that, the customer service was average. My husband felt uncomfortable because they kept hanging over our shoulders while browsing. But I loved the customer service because of how attentive they are. It could either be a hit or miss, but what more do you expect when the prices are better than most.

SCAMMERS, don’t order here unless you want damaged furniture or no furniture at all. Thankfully I got my furniture before they closed with no notice. But it was damaged. I was promised a refund only for them to close down completely and ghost me. Hard to show up to demand a refund when the store is closed and they don’t answer the phone or email. Others that have ordered and not received their items are also being ignored and having to threaten legal actions just to get their money back. SO SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. As for the owner of this establishment, shame on you.

This location is huge! There are a lot of nice furniture selections to choose from. There seems to be quite a lot of items on sales at this moment. Sarah The Floor Sales Person, The store Owner(I am guessing that was who he was, I did not catch his name), The Store Manager(I did not catch his name either) and The warehouse manager Fab were all very eager to help assist me with anything, but yet they gave room for me to move around freely.
