Richard is always very kind and honest. He is very patient and goes above and beyond to help his costumers. Richard would even meet his customers on his days off if you need him. I just bought the cream couch! Great price! The black couch I bought 17 years ago from Rooms to go and it still looks new!

We've been here several times, and on our most recent visit we finally had the pleasure of working with Richard. He was absolutely amazing and took great care of us from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we had all the information we needed. If you're shopping here, definitely ask for Richard—you won't be disappointed. We can't recommend him enough!

He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and never made us feel pressured. My husband and I found a couch we liked online. We contacted customer service to order. John Johnson assisted us and was super helpful with making sure we found the configuration we loved best. He was super attentive and determined to make sure our vision came true. Looking forward to receiving the couch!
