My wife and I had a great experience recently at Jacksonville Mattresses & More. Tara and Paul were knowledgeable and took quite a bit of time to understand our needs. They helped us choose the best mattress for us. They made the process really easy, fun and stress-free. The process was so great that our daughter and son in law went in and purchased a mattress the same day. We are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend the store. Tara and Paul provided excellent customer service.

My son had purchased a new adjustable bed and mattress from Jacksonville Bedding after seeing how his new bed worked and the comfort of the mattress I decided to visit the store. Tara was so knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to order the same bed and mattress even though I lived 2 hours away. Tara arranged for delivery and worked around my schedule. Everything was delivered as promised and in a timely manner. The whole experience was wonderful and my hubby and I are sleeping peacefully and more comfortable than ever!

The only place to buy a mattress in Jacksonville! The epitome of a friendly locally owned business. I purchased a mattress from them several years ago at their previous location, and was impressed by their friendly no pressure approach. I visited their current location recently and was surprised that they recognized me and greeted me by my first name! The owners Tara and RJ truly make every customer feel like family. They have a great selection of products and will make sure you select the best one for you. My recent purchase turned out to be too firm after awhile, and as I was still in the trial period, I’m going to be getting a replacement mattress that will be a better firmness for me. This store is such a refreshing alternative to the high pressure chain stores that treat you similarly to most car dealers! Definitely give them a visit if in the market for a mattress.
