***!!!OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH—Yohana turned what was supposed to be a quick browse into one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had.!!!*** ***** We had such a great experience at Mattress Firm with Sleep Expert Yohana! My mom recently moved out here with me, and we were trying to get her room set up as quickly as possible because she had been sleeping on an air mattress. We honestly only came in planning to let her try out a few mattresses so we could figure out what she liked and come back later. Yohana completely changed our perspective. He was patient, kind, and genuinely listened to what we needed. My mom is very conservative and has spent her whole life giving to others, so she didn’t feel like she deserved something bigger or nicer for herself. I’ve been trying to convince her to get a queen mattress forever, and Yohana was finally the one who got through to her! Not only did he help her feel comfortable making the decision, but he also got us set up with sheets and everything we needed. I worked with Yohana and was completely satisfied with his service to me and my family! He was professional, courteous, and aware of our needs choosing a bed for our toddler. It's rare to experience such a welcoming presence in a sales atmosphere but he did it for us with ease! My wife and I needed a new mattress and decided there was no time like the present...and the Memorial Day sale didn't hurt. We dealt with Mark. He is extremely knowledgeable and asked us a lot of questions to start so he could understand what we were dealing with, what we liked and didn't like. That helped narrow the playing field in terms of the mattresses that would hopefully address/solve our issues. He continued to answer all of our questions as we went through our decision process.
