Jamestown Mattress - Factory

We purchased a mattress from Jamestown Mattress this month. The salesperson, Joe, was excellent. He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful when choosing our mattress. We never felt pressured at any time to make a purchase. The delivery team was excellent in setting up the new mattress & frame. Couldn't say enough about the A+ experience.

My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing what I thought was a quality mattress, it quickly became apparent that it was faulty. Naturally, I reached out, expecting them to honor their warranty. Less than a year old and it started killing my back. It had a large hole in the middle. Not only did they refuse to replace the defective mattress, but their communication was abysmal. Repeated calls and requests for updates were met with excuses. To make matters worse, without any prior notice, they randomly showed up at my house to haul away the mattress. They didn’t bring a replacement, leaving me without a bed currently because they insisted the factory needed to "inspect" it first. This is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. So I currently have no mattress and there has been zero communication from them about it. I called again the following week. Talked to the same person at the factory. they had absolutely zero idea who I was or what I was talking about. And promised they’d call me back later in the day. Still have no mattress and no hope of getting it back. They finally called back and said they fixed it. We will see if they actually show up. Do not purchase from them. Edit: They reinforced the mattress and after a few weeks it had the exact same problem as before. A crater right in the middle of it.

Best service, best prices, best people! Joe helped us out so much by helping us get a new box spring for your guest bedroom! We called him and needed this to be available next day, and he made it happen! Thank you so much Joe. We will be back!

Read the fine print and don’t go by what the salesman in the store tells you. Mattresses have no warranty unless purchased as a complete set. Also, all sales of everything are final so you better be absolutely certain you’re purchasing what you want. I wanted to support a local store, but it seems I would’ve been happier had I gone with a company that would allow me to return the product if not satisfied (like many other companies do). 😕

The product line is terrific. Great quality, timely production for regular and special sizes. Factory Outlet prices everyday at every showroom. Staff is also 5 star from the top down. Terrific family owned business and proudly "Made in the USA!" for generations!
