Mattress Firm Lakewood Village Center

Dana went above and beyond to help us find a mattress that worked best for us, and did whatever he could to help us find a mattress we could get approved for. He was patient, friendly, caring and super knowledgeable. He has a great personality and we felt like friends to him. We left feeling happy and satisfied and I wish there were more salesmen like him.

I worked with Dana. She was awesome. He was training a new person but still took time to fully go through each mattress I want to look at and explain the differences and did not stop until I was comfortable with the decision I made. While training his new person he took time to show them each step of the way and I was very impressed with him. He made sure I was very comfortable with the decision I made and fully answered each question I had. I went to a second store afterwards to continue mattress shopping but came back within the same day to buy from him. Well I love the mattress that I chose he was a large deciding factor in going with mattress firm.

We stopped in this location a few months before we made our purchase to get an idea of their options and met with Dana. Through the entire process, he was incredibly helpful and I could tell he genuinely cared about our sleep concerns. I just had a baby a few months ago and needed something that would accommodate my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed to finally have a restful night's sleep 😴 and now I sleep just as good as my baby 👶 Setup was simple- they brought it to my house and set everything up for me, and even took my old mattress out for me which saved me $ in disposal fees. Everyone at the lakewood location was super friendly. You can tell they're there to help, not just to make a quick buck off of someone. That's hard to find nowadays!

Great service. Dana was extremely patient with all of my questions. My husband who worked in customer service for 20 years, said it’s the best customer service he has ever gotten. I’m didn’t think purchasing a mattress would be so enjoyable. 10 stars.

The sales people are so helpful and always willing to get the customer a deal. Dana seemed very knowledgeable about mattresses and was even transparent about what worked for him vs other happy customers. I’m glad they had both nectar and purple mattresses to look at and lay on.
