Jarons Furniture Outlet- Lumberton

Hello my name is Queen A.K.A.MISTY. My purchase from Jaron’s Furniture Outlet {Lumberton Location} Experience. I am a disabled female. The morning my bed arrived, my aide hadn’t come yet. When I saw it was two guys setting up my bed, I became nervous because I was alone.! But the moment these two guys came in they made me feel comfortable! They took their time and made sure the bed was set up correctly. There was a lot of trash and they took everything out with them! You couldn’t tell they was even here! They explained everything to me because I brought a motion bed but I had a stroke so I get confused quickly! It was no problem for them. My experience with this furniture company was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. My aide Kim and I was greeted very politely and friendly. Jarons has a Selection of products that will blow your mind! Dougie and his beautiful wife from Jaron’s, made sure I got what I needed due to my condition. He took his time to find me something I not only liked but something that would work for me? By the time I left. I didn’t feel like just another customer but I felt like family? This was my second purchase from this store and I am so satisfied, I will not go anywhere else! Everyone should at least give this place a try! You won’t be sorry! Jaron’s Furniture Outlet is the Best! THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Yvette Samuels Queen A.K.A.MISTY

Valerie was very professional. We bought 2 mattresses and a gorgeous table. Allowed us to take our time looking at the furniture and wasn't pushy. Doug the manager was also helpful during the transactions we encountered. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Jarons if you're looking for furniture.

Doug was simply amazing! He answered all my questions and helped me put together a beautiful living room! He was kind, had a great sense of humor and more than anything, he was beyond patient as I went through almost everything in the store before making my final decision! All the employees in the store are very friendly and respectful and happy to help you. I’ve dealt with Jaron’s in the past and I will continue to do so in the future! Thanks Doug!!

I have been buying furniture from Jaron’s for many years. Although everyone have always been so kind and willing to assist, My lovely lady Val is always the one who takes care of me!!! She’s patient, respectful, resourceful and seals the deal for me every time. When my husband and/or I walk through the door everyone knows just get Val for us!! She exceptional and she deserves 10 stars!!!

Awesome experience working with Caroline today! She was very knowledgeable about the furniture pieces that we were looking for, She was not pushy and guided us to walk around the store and test out many products before we made our final decision. We will definitely be seeing her again for our future purchases! Great customer service skills!
