The mattress delivered were of unacceptable quality, and the base was never even delivered, yet I was still charged for both TWICE. Despite the company’s own representative admitting that the product was not properly assessed before shipment, the items were still dispatched. This negligence not only led to immense dissatisfaction but also posed a significant health risk. Additionally, the imposition of hidden fees for both delivery and return shipping underscores a disturbing lack of transparency and accountability within the company. This level of poor service and disregard for customer well-being is unacceptable and must be addressed at the highest levels of Mattress Firm’s management. I strongly urge potential customers to consider Mattress Warehouse, which exemplifies superior service, genuine transparency, and a true commitment to customer health and satisfaction. Based on this experience, I cannot and will not recommend Mattress Firm.
View on GoogleExcellent service. Jonah was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. Had me try several options to figure out what worked for me and worked with my price range. He answered all my questions and gave extra information that helped me make a decision. I didn’t make my purchase that day. Next day I went to another store to compare, and it didn’t match up. Came back and Jonah wasn’t there, but Frank was just as excellent. Told him I was there the day before and knew what I wanted. He had me try one more option just so I was extra sure on what I wanted. Made my decision and he made the purchasing process easy, simple, and quick. I dreaded mattress shopping, but coming here made it so easy and I didn’t stress at all. Excellent service and mattress.

View on GoogleI recently bought a Kingstown wilcrest Hybrid Eurotop from Mattress Warehouse. They are located on 2007 Mount Holly Road in Burlington,NJ. The salesperson who is I thought was very helpful is Holly. She answered all my questions and did not give me any sales pitches. She seems to be very knowledgeable about the product and I am very pleased with the outcome. The Wilcrest is a very nice mattress and is firm but not uncomfortable.
