For the 2 guys who delivered the 2 loveseat recliners an A plus they were great. For the store F. When I first looked at the furniture there was a sales tag indicating a substantial discount and since learned can be ordered for same price I paid plus shipping. False advertising

Purchased a mattress but since I am in the midst of a home remodel wanted to wait on delivery until I completed the finish work in the master bedroom, they were accommodating and let me schedule the delivery a month later. Allowing me to get the sale price as well as the delivery date that fit my need was fantastic.

View on GoogleInitial, first time in the store experience was ok but that changed quickly after picking up the dresser. When we got the dresser home there were very larger Beetle boring holes on the top front piece as seen in pics. According to the salesman and the manager of the store this is NORMAL for this type of dresser. The floor model that we seen did not have this and this piece should have never been placed on the dresser like this from the factory. Guess what, we are stuck with it and the store here said they will do nothing about it. I don't know many people that would consider this ok and to top it off it is located on the top front which this company brags about their dovetail joints, which by the way is also damaged. For you future buyers that may try this store, be sure you know what your getting before leaving the store. SO IT'S BEEN 15 DAYS AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING AS FAR AS A RESPONSE FROM THE STORE. SEEMS WE LIVE IN A TIME WHERE THE STORES DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS ANYMORE. TO FUTURE SHOPPERS HERE AT JC MATTRESS BE SURE TO INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE DELIVERY. THIS DRESSER WAS MADE BY VAUGHAN-BASSETT WHO ALSO NEVER RESPONDED TO AN EMAIL I SENT THEM.
