Mattress Firm Prewitts Point

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I called the store and Bradley the manager answered. He was incredible. Helped me through my decisions on making the right purchase. Everything went so great. I will definitely refer anyone who is wanting a quality matress to Mattress firm in Osage Beach. Bradleys knowledge and extremely friendly, personable charm made the whole difference. Best purchase I made in a long time. Thank you Bradley!

My husband and I went in here to look for a bed for me. I recently had back surgery and was needing a more comfortable bed. Devin met us when we came him. He was really friendly and listened to exactly what I needed and our budget. He brought us to one bed, and we both laid down. We thought it was really comfortable and laid for awhile. We tried out a few others. He then brought me to the ones they pull out and lay down. That was pretty neat. He gave me the best options of those, they were decent, but not like the first one. By the time we left, both my husband and I each got that first bed! We also had seen that one came with a free bed frame, which we will be taking. When it came to the bill, it was a fair price for both. Devin was amazing to deal with and easy to talk to. We’re glad we came up and checked them out. They’re having great deals right now so everything worked out. Thank you!!!

We bought our first Temperpedic from mattress firm 12 years ago; we went back and they still had our account information and all we had to do was pick out a new mattress. We got a great deal. It was delivered on time and it was a very easy, smooth process. The associates working with us were all so friendly!

Unfortunately, our experience with the salesman changed pretty dramatically once the purchase was complete. He was friendly and helpful while we were shopping, but after the mattress and accessories were paid for, the level of service seemed to disappear. The overall condition and organization of the store were disappointing as well. Almost nothing was actually in stock aside from returned mattresses. The sales floor wasn’t particularly clean, and the display pillows customers are expected to try didn’t have protective covers. Several were visibly pilly and stained, which was pretty unpleasant. The sales process itself also felt unprofessional. Pricing and discounts seemed to be made up or adjusted on the spot rather than coming from clearly explained promotions. There were old sale signs still hanging throughout the store, but we were told those advertised prices could no longer be honored. We were picking the mattress up the following day, and the salesman assured us we would be fine moving it ourselves. That turned out to be pretty unrealistic advice for two women who are not particularly athletic, especially coming from someone who works with mattresses every day and should understand how large and difficult they are to handle. He also wasn’t there for the pickup the next day, so there was essentially no follow-through once the sale was completed. He was personable, and we did ultimately purchase a mattress and accessories, but the entire experience felt much more focused on making the sale than providing good customer service from beginning to end. Between the lack of inventory, condition of the showroom, inconsistent pricing, outdated sale signage, and lack of support after payment, I expected a much more professional experience from Mattress Firm.

Bradley was a great salesman! He explained the differences between a couple of mattresses we had reviewed earlier online. We took advantage of the offer to " lay around" trying out the differences. He offered individual options for our particular needs. It was a friendly, informed process and actually enjoyed passing off money during the process. All that's left is delivery, set up and the sleep that is coming! Thanks Bradley for the wonderful experience!
