they furniture get bad after a year of having it i wouldnt recommend no one buy from there furniture store the littlest things bully the furniture into not doing good or staying fresh or any of that after only having it for a year you don’t have to be laying on the furniture for it to get nasty it just will appear nasty out of nowhere yall going to hell for making someones furniture nasty out of nowhere and it can appear as nasty out of nowhere and they don’t have to do nothing to do it they can go to a store come back in the house and lay down on the furniture and it can just be nasty and clothes and shoes and whatever else that you put on the bed or keep on the bed they can also get nasty on the bed out of nowhere or just for being on the bed the stuff just gets nasty and dirty and the bed only been in the house for a year your clothes will be dirty on the bed after one spill or mess made on the bed and your clothes and whatever else won’t be clean while on the bed so definitely not good money spent i paid majority money for the bed somebody else paid the rest but I paid most of it so yall shouldn’t let them move me down i spent more money then them and i helped the delivery guy move the bed in here when he ain’t have no help and it wasn’t my job to help him bring the bed in here
View on GoogleFirst of all after I had the pickup truck for 2 weeks I was threatened to be called the police on after I paid my money he spoke very arrogant at me he also called me a liar and he also knew that I was taping him so he calmed down because I needed evidence to prove my case
View on GoogleWarning: Make sure you take pictures of the Uhaul trucks you get from this place. They do not inspect them every time people bring them back and you will get charged for someone else's damage. Even if you have the CDW insurance it is a 150 dollar deductible even for a small dent. If you do have a problem it is impossible to get help or instruction from these people. They are extremely rude here. You are better off renting from somewhere else.
View on GoogleExcellent selection of trucks. Truck was clean and the tank was full. I used the 24/7 option and placed the reservation late morning/early afternoon for a same day 6 pm pickup. Unfortunately, the keys for my assigned vehicle were not in the box and the office was closed, even though I got there about 10 minutes before they are supposed to close at 6 pm. All someone had to do was check the reservation before they closed and drop the correct keys in the box. I grabbed another set of keys for a different 10' truck, called the contact number and left a message. Nobody answered or returned my call. Spent 15 minutes on hold with the main U-Haul number to change the reservation to the truck I actually had keys for. Had to spend another 15 minutes on the phone while returning the truck because the website hadn't updated my reservation so my end mileage was reported lower than whatever the mileage was on the actual truck I reserved. The only reason I am not giving this place one star is because they have the largest selection of trucks I've seen at a U-Haul location. I hope this was just an isolated instance, but I will not be back.
View on GoogleWas there for a uhaul trailer rental. Place was dead with no one in it and after having to fix a mix up because I was traveling cross country we were good. It did seem pretty expensive for what it was (this place doesn't control the prices) and the guy didn't really offer to help hook it up and it was cold like 10 degrees cold. You have to do a little extra to get a better rating from me.
