Jetson TV & Appliance - Fort Pierce

A great Jetson delivery crew just set up our new refrigerator. They were skilled; friendly; reviewed the various settings with us. They also went over the initial setup to ensure only clear water & ice was consumed. When they found a light wobble, they used a level to adjust the leveling legs. Ali & Victor (I think) were top notch. Also top notch was our salesperson, Alan. He was also highly skilled & knowledgeable going the extra mile to help us decide on the right refrigerator for our small space. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with Alan and appreciate his zero pressure yet incredibly helpful way-of-work. Alan also went over the everything we needed to know (I.e. initial water/ice setup; filters; extended warranty, etc.). As for the appliance, we’ll know more down the road once longevity has been tested. However, in the meantime we’re glad to have had such a great purchase experience from someone who seemed genuinely interested in our satisfaction. We look forward to working with Alan on future appliance purchases. He’s just a great human!

Jetsons is a dedicated, family owned appliance supply store, and our experience with them has been nothing short of stellar. Their team is exceptionally competent and provides service and warranty support better than anyone else we’ve worked with. Both my wife and I have been inspired to purchase more appliances because of their expertise and consistently professional, service oriented staff. Buying outside of our community is a mistake — you lose the relationship that’s essential for long term product support and guidance. My Jetson experience is the same as it was over the last 20 years. You are always greeted when arriving. Sales staff was great. I was actually in and out of the store in 15 minutes. I had seen it online. Washer was delivered next morning at 8:10 AM by a great delivery person. I'm actually sorry I did not get his name. He was great. They were here early. I still had some laundry supplies sitting on top of the old one. He helped me clear it off. Pleasant, courteous and respectful. Jetson is #1 on my opinion.

Staff was very friendly. Greeted y ok..i u at the door.They didn't have our microwave in stock,byt said we could order it but would take 3-6 weeks.We bought the next one up which they had in stock.We were looking for one the same size & color so we could just pop the old one out & pop in the new.It worked perfectly.We ended up getting the black whirlpool over the stove microwave.It looks exactly like the one we had.It was perfect.

Allan our salesperson was great. We had a wonderful experience. Our delivery of our refrigerator was exceptional. Elij navigated that refrigerator superbly through our condo and he would not leave until the installation was absolutely perfect. Thank you Elij and Chuck.
