Mattress Firm Port St. Lucie II

Found the perfect mattress at the best price thanks to Wesley! He knew all the details of each we looked at and tested out…the materials and construction. He gave us a great deal! I highly recommend this place!

Maria and Wesley were so Incredibly kind and professional! My husband and I entered the store and immediately felt welcomed. They certainly helped us with figuring out what it was that we needed and wanted right away and worked with us to make it happen in such a smooth manner. We are very happy with the decision to give our business to Mattress Firm.

Wesley is an incredible salesperson. We had the good fortune to have met him when we just moved to FL and needed everything. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient, all while being low-key. He listened as we explained our mattress and base needs and helped us to select the very best options possible for our master as well as guest room. He explained the benefits of the adjustable base, which turned out to be priceless when our adjustable bed ended up also being our only place to watch tv until our other furniture arrived. Wesley made us aware of their generous price matching policy as well as mattress exchange within a certain time frame to assure customers were completely satisfied with their purchases. After three months, we absolutely love both our Stearns and Foster mattresses. After our initial, major purchases, Wesley was equally as attentive to our quest for pure white sheets that fit a superior mattress. Who knew there were so many shades of white? When Wesley said to call him about anything he really meant it. When we had questions about whether our adjustable base would work with the bedroom set we had potentially selected, his expertise was invaluable. If you have any mattress needs, we highly recommend you go see Wesley. You will not be disappointed.

I spoke with Maria Sunday via phone . I explained my needs , concerns and new injury to my spine . She researched my previous purchase history , identified the best option and when I arrived at the store Monday afternoon , she pointed out the “best” option, NOT the most expensive option . I checked a few other mattresses and none of them were as comfortable! The customer service was phenomenal! The rest of the team , Matthew the manager also provided me additional information regarding my purchase and they both ensured I received the best price possible!!! Thank you !

My husband and I recently had an outstanding experience at Mattress Firm in Port St. Lucie. We were totally impressed with the level of customer service that we received from our salesman, Raphael. He helped us find the best mattress fit for our needs and budget. Rafael took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our sleeping habits, preferred firmness and any back or neck issues. His knowledge of the products was incredible. We appreciated being able to test out many mattresses at our own pace. We did not feel rushed or pressured Into a quick decision. The entire process was smooth, professional and transparent. Pricing, delivery timelines and warranty details were explained clearly. We felt totally confident in our purchase and were excited for better sleep ahead. We highly recommend this store and Raphael to anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable mattress shopping experience.
