I recently purchased a table from this store, and I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. View on GooglePlease don’t waste your time and money on they merchandise I brought a stove and refrigerator washer and dryer and a table dining room set from them at one time and the stove worked a little time to start breaking down and only 2 eyes work on the stove and the dining room table set that they showed was not the one they brought and delivered then when I called the man started to argue with me for his mistake the table set is rocking like it was not new so they are unprofessional do not waste money and time a ripp off
View on GoogleThe owner is nice and patient. He stayed with us to give us suggestions, descriptions to our liking, and notice us of the condition of the furniture. He made sure we were completely satisfied before we completed the purchase, because no refunds. The store is two sided, the right side has furniture that's brand new, furniture showcased is strictly for display only, so any chips, wear, and tear is not what you get when purchasing. The new one are pulled from the back that they put together themselves. The left side of the store is refurbished, so furniture varies in condition, nothing extreme, just tears or chips from handling, etc. They delivered my furniture and set it up for me perfectly. I'm normally scared of furniture outlets cause some are scams around here, but these guys are legit. Damn shame they aren't more known and that they are moving next month. This was a lucky find.
View on GoogleI just witnessed the owner of this store draw his gun out on a truck driver for parking on the property next to his store. There's a fruit stand there so the driver was trying to buy fruit just like I did. I noticed Memphis police The operator played slow. Doubt they will do anything about this.
View on GoogleWell I did get a fridge n dryer there. My dryer stopped working after a while but I understand this is used appliances. Wish there was something to protect the consumer I mean after all we are buying used and a 30 day warranty not enough if u spending 1,000 and paying on it every week. Also tried to sale my Samsung washer n dryer that I did purchase new but no one ever called back so I dont think they buy appliances that are good. They want the stuff that is broken. No worries I sold my ser for 600. Made a family very happy.
