Of course my washer and dryer both died at the same time. Ariann Kahian was amazing to work with. I went in, she showed me my options and honestly shared the pros and cons. She answered all of my questions and even offered to help me with the rebates and how to use the app! To top all this wonderful customer service, she worked with me to get a delivery date that was only a few days from Purchase since I had been unable to use my washer and dryer for almost a week. Then I got a call saying, “How about delivery tomorrow?” They had everything in stock and she made it happen. The delivery and removal of my old appliances went smoothly and the guys were friendly, prompt and did a great job. I’m thrilled with my new LG front loading washer and dryer and I cannot recommend Kahian’s highly enough!! Superb customer service and quality appliances!!

We have shopped Kahians for our home appliances, accessories for the stove, a Weber grill, and now seating. The staff is always helpful, informative, and can help with the pricing. Their delivery has been equally good. If you want quality and value without the big box store, Kahian will be a great choice.

I have never written a review before but I was so impressed and amazed at the quality of service I received from the Karina staff. I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator 7 years ago from a big box store and it failed two weeks ago. I learned that the Kenmore product was really an LG product and there had been a major recall due to a faulty compressor. Long story I could not get any assistance or cooperation from an AI messaging system so I abandoned any thought of pursuing having the repair done under the 10 year warranty or the class action suit. I decided to purchase a new refrigerator and was referred to Kahians because I was told they provided excellent customer service. I could have never expected the high level of service I obtained when I discovered a flaw in the new refrigerator that was a result of a defect from the manufacturer. The team went above and beyond what I would have ever expected, even reaching out to the manufacturers representative and to GE themselves. I could not reach anyone at Kenmore to discuss my original issue so having such a retailer and a staff of people at Kahians to speak with and to assist with this issue was so refreshing and wonderful. It just goes to show that working with a local, family operated business who truly cares about their customers and provides excellent customer service is absolutely the way to go. Thank you to all the folks at Kahians for such a great experience. In today’s world where customer service is not a priority it is so refreshing!!! I used Kahians for hardwood floor and carpet installation. The installation went smoothly and the hard wood floors are beautiful. Kahians has great selection and the installation was quick. Steve is very responsive and a great guy! So are the contractors he uses. Would highly recommend Kahians Appliance! Very Happy!

I highly recommend Kahains. My church has had kitchen and bath room flooring installed, and bought appliances. Everything was handled smoothly and pricing is very competitive.
