Sleep Number

Mason was very knowledgeable and patient… answering all our questions… my husband and I have thought about purchasing a sleep number adjustable bed for a few months. I am was excited that we had a store not far from us so we could go on and try them!!! Best expense … we ivested in our sleep!!! If you have thought about getting the best nights sleep, I highly recommend stopping in to the Plymouth MA store!! I promise you won’t regret it!!!

Dan was our salesman in Plymouth and was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He walked us through every model sleep number, and was very attentive to us through the process. I would recommend Dan in the Plymouth office, we had a great experience!

My wife and I needed a new bed because of medical reasons. I visited four “bed” stores in our area, all of which sold beds that roughly fit the description of what we needed, a king size bed that raised both the head and the foot of the bed. We chose Sleep Number for several reasons, number one being the comfort, and the ability to individually adjust the bed for our separate needs. Number two was the excellent customer service. The staff at the local Plymouth store on Commerce Way were wonderful. Attentive, listened well, strong expertise about their product and willing to spend the time to answer questions, even while knowing that I was comparison shopping. The store was spotless, well run, organized, and once again the staff well trained and knowledgeable. Sleep Number was not the cheapest bed I looked at that weekend, and honestly close to the top of my budget, but it was without question the one that best fit our needs, sold and serviced by people I felt I could trust. I highly recommend the product, and the folks that sell it.

I absolutely love my mattress—I’ve never slept so well before! I can’t speak for other vendors, but my experience with Sleep Number has been fantastic. Mason, my salesperson, was amazing—he gave me great advice and continued to help me even after the sale, especially when I moved to another town and needed assistance again. Thank you, Sleep Number! And thank you, Mason!

We are very excited for our new sleep number bed! Sarah, our sleep number bed professional was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind and walked us through each and every mattress and design. We did not feel pressured or pushed into making a purchase that we could possibly later regret… We left feeling excited and relieved for our new bed to arrive. We can’t be more happier with the service that we received.!! Thank you, Sarah in the Plymouth,Ma location!!
