Their pricing was extremely competitive compared to other places I looked, and I truly felt like I got amazing value for the quality. He made an extra trip and even helped us figure out how the metal frame could fit properly. This is actually my second time working with him — the first was when we bought my mom’s house furniture. The price back then was great, and the mattress is still amazing after five years! That’s one of the reasons we came back. Other brands with similar quality cost almost twice as much, but Ken helped us find a local, budget-friendly option that’s still great quality.

I had bought from Ken at Kennesaw Mattress Outlet years ago when I lived in Kennesaw, so I already knew the quality and service were top notch. Before calling, we stopped at a couple of mattress stores in Buckhead and were blown away at how overpriced everything was. It felt like highway robbery just because of the ZIP code. I checked my phone and realized I still had Ken’s number, called to see what time he closed, and we drove up. We actually arrived a few minutes after closing but he stayed open for us, walked us through all the options, and helped us choose the right mattresses for each family member. They’re fantastic. Easily the best decision we could have made. Not only did we get better mattresses, we got a great deal, great service, and delivery. Ken is a genuinely great guy and we had a great conversation throughout the whole process. We bought from him in the past, we bought from him again, and we’ll keep buying from him in the future.
