Berly was terrific! We felt she answered every question and addressed each concern. There was never any pressure. She provided us everything we needed to make an informed decision. We are thrilled with the purchase of our next-level Sleep Number Bed! 👍🥰

Austin was excellent in helping my wife and I find the best and options for our needs. The store was nice, clean and had all the bed types available for our viewing and trying. I recommend sleep number to anyone.

Today we met Austin and Berly at the Kennesaw store. Austin walked us through the options available to us and provided a customized experience based on our preferences. We especially enjoyed the images and how our Sleep Number setting impacted our back. The high level of customer service lead us to making a purchase that we are very excited about. This review is intended to be an update from my 4-13 review. This is my opinion on my experience with this business. I visited the store on 4-13 just to see which tempur pedic bed I wanted for a bedroom at my daughter's home in Imperial Beach, Ca. My intent was to transfer funds to my daughter and have her purchase from the TempurPedic flagship store in San Diego. Dedra, presented as very helpful, patient, knowledgeable during that visit. She assured me that Tempur could drop ship anywhere, and even gave me my daughter's military discount. I paid in full, over $4000.00 for a bed. She said Tempur would send me an email to schedule delivery. About a week later, another female from Snooze called to verify the delivery address. Sure enough, the street name was misspelled on my contract. I assumed that was the reason I had not heard from Tempur, and the female caller agreed. Fast forward to Thursday, 4-30 and I still had no communication from TEMPUR. I called Tempur Customer Service and explained that I needed to discuss delivery. TempurPedic searched for the order under my name-address, my daughter's name-address, the store name (Snooze Mattress + Wellness), and the corporate name for the store, (Doze Bros.). There was no order ever submitted to Tempur, she said. I asked her to check again, spelling every word. Again, she said that Tempur had NO ORDER for my $4000+ bed. I called Dedra, who said she would have to speak to her manager, Chris.She texted me back about an hour later, saying that Chris said he would look into it. The following day, I got another text from Dedra saying, "Chris was still looking into it". On Saturday, Dedra called to say all is well, Tempur has your order and will be delivering it. During this conversation, I was told that "Chris" worked in the warehouse. By this point I did not believe a word she said - because her statements about "Chris' " position in the company were contradictory. I explained that I needed to have actual confirmation from Tempur Pedic before I believed her. She then offered me a check for 25% of what I paid, as the bed is now on sale?? I told her, again, that I needed confirmation from Tempur -not from them. She assured me I would have an email or call from Tempur by close of business yesterday, Tuesday, 5-12. I have not received that as of the following day, Wednesday. I will be calling Tempur Pedic again. It is my opinion that Snooze Mattress + Wellness is behaving in a way that would cause me to think their intent is to rip me off to the tune of $4000.00+. Thus, I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. I would further caution any other senior citizens and/or their families to consider other options before purchasing from this business.

Bought a new mattress from here today. Sales associate was very easy to work with. No pressure at all, just helped us find what we wanted. Quick buying process. Look forward to delivery of new mattress soon!
