Shopping at Kensington was a very good experience. Danny helped us out with a ton of energy and a great attitude. Even when we ended up just buying a table from the sale room, he (and other staff too) treated us well and with patience. The delivery express also great. They were on time, polite, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store.
View on GoogleGreat experience start to finish. My sales rep, Matt, is extremely knowledgeable and was with us every step of the way to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Michele, the sales manager, has been there forever and also went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Holly did an excellent job ordering and setting up delivery. Lots of communication throughout the process. Delivery guys did not have it easy bringing a sectional up to the 3rd floor but all went well. Best prices, quality, and service in the area. Family run and they treat you with respect and care. You won’t get this at the big chains.
View on GoogleI received my my table and chairs this morning and the delivery was flawless. The movers quickly assembled the table and brought in all the chairs. It took less than 20 minutes! The movers were very courteous and answered all my questions. Great job!
View on GoogleWhat a great experience I had with the Kensington Furniture and Mattress team. From the moment I walked in the door the service was top shelf. Our sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not waste time “selling” me something I did not come to see. Delivery communication was excellent. The delivery team were professionals. I purchased this beautiful Italian made leather sleeper sofa. I will return for the kitchen table!!!😎
View on GoogleWe previously purchased most of our furniture for our new home (in 2019) from Kensington Furniture. We had a great experience at that time, so when we recently decided to buy a new dining room set we naturally looked at Kensington first. We found what we liked right away as most of of other furniture from them is Ashley and has held up very well. We also compared prices with Raymond & Flanagan and directly on the Ashley site, and Kensington’s price was lower by almost $1000. (We did catch the Black Friday Sale) Delivery was within the promised time, and we were kept updated on delivery details regularly. The delivery guys were friendly & very efficient. Overall, once again it was a great experience from start to finish!
