I can’t say enough good things about the Ashley furniture store in Northfield. I went there with a family member to purchase some furniture. The sales people were very helpful and pleasant and cooperative and informative. The people behind the desk who do the sale we’re also great. I went back twice to order another piece and even though they had a lot of work to do making phone calls and changing our sale it worked out great and easy. I recommend it to anyone.

Needed new furniture for a vacation condo. Sales associate was Nick N. Our room was not a standard shape and not easy to pick out things that fit. Nick showed us a modular system with removable fabric that can go in the washer. A great idea when you have pets and grandkids. I was pleased with Ashley and Nick.

Walking into Ashley Furniture in Northfield, NJ today Saturday June 13th 2026. Met this amazing lady who works as a salesperson called Aston. She was very helpful with the questions I asked and what furnitures may go with my new place. And she was very patient and informational. Gosh! If you ever go there, look for Aston. She is an asset to the company. Hope they don't loose her. Thank you so much Aston.

hey i am editing my review i posted for a bad experience with ashley northfield, it was a very lengthy process to convince them that it was their wrong, but finally when they sent the technician for the affected parts replacement he complained back to them that the table is in no position to be repaired or sold to any customer, then they took it seriously & scheduled a replacement delivery for the table, finally they did it today date 16th january, it took more than 5 weeks but nevertheless they resolved our issue, i hope they won't be bothering other customers to this level. I appreciate their help

People I dealt with were great. Allen as our sales guy to the finance women. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because no more free shipping. But still a loyal Customer.
