We could not be more pleased than we are. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service when purchasing anything from any retail business. This experience of purchasing a new couch for our home was amazing. We had to make several trips in to the store while trying to decide what couch we wanted and what fabric etc…not once did Jd ever make us feel like we were an inconvenience. He was very welcoming every time we interacted with him. No pressure was ever felt. The gentleman Jd even delivered our couch personally. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service that Kerby’s Furniture provided and they definitely have earned a long time customer!! I highly recommend supporting this business over any big brand company!!! Very happy customer 👍

View on GoogleKerby's was the only store in town that had the tall man recliner I'd been looking for. Great interaction at the store and my chair was built and delivered 2 weeks prior to the delivery date on my receipt. I would recommend Kerby's to anyone shopping for furniture.
View on GoogleWe have bought 4 recliners from Kirby’s over the past 5 years. They delivered and set them up on time as promised. Within an hour of getting them I was taking a nap it was so comfortable.
