if I could give them a -5 star I would or maybe a -10, we bought recliner couches for $4000, we paid $475 for extra five year warranty, the couches broke within the first year, we filed for warranty March 1 , we’ve talked to people in Florida and everywhere else it is now June and we just received an email saying that we should expect to get parts the end of August and then we’ll have to make arrangements for someone to come install them, it’s a joke, it’s a rip off, meanwhile we have a expensive couch we can’t even sit on because it’s sags so bad, you would assume when you pay that much for something when it’s broken that they would fix it within days or a week not a half a year or more and it’s still not fixed I have no faith in them, please don’t waste your money on warranty or even probably Ashlie furniture. Honestly if they had any decency when couch breaks and they can’t honor the warranty in decent time would just replace it with a new couch , they have no respect for their customers and take no responsibility for what they sell the second you pay and walk out the door

Ashley sold us a damaged recliner and instead of replacing it with a new chair or return our money, the company is attempting to repair the chair which may take another 2-3 weeks. We did have a great experience working with Anthony Marino as he is an excellent salesman and very knowledgable but we will not buy from Ashley Furniture again.

Anthony provided great service! He met me at the door and escorted me right to where I wanted to go which was the clearance section. He didn’t try to upsell me with any pressure but he did point out to me where the other barstools are if I wasn’t completely satisfied with the one I found. After my purchase, I told him I could get it out of the store and into the car by myself, but it turns out I needed a little bit of assistance. Fortunately for me, Anthony was watching the cameras and came out to my car quickly to help me get it in the car.

The Manager Mo was extremely helpful today. He was very thorough and he let us take our time to decide what mattress suits us best. We asked many questions and he helped with all of them. Kehlanhi helped us too and her service and care was so appreciated.

Called ahead to ensure the item is was looking for was actually on the showroom floor. Spoke with Brody. When we arrived he took us to the item we had spoken about on the phone. We purchased the item. He was thorough, efficient and friendly. Will return to Ashley and to see Brody when we are in the market for purchasing new pieces of furniture.
