Kern Mattress Outlet

I purchased an item this company was selling through ebay, not only would they not ship it , there good at lieing to you, on phone or text messages. I paid to have this item shipped to me because they wouldn't ship in a timely order. only to find out when I got it that half of the order is missing. These two brothers that run this store are true scammers. Do not buy from this company.

Kerry was helpful and provided a range of different sectional choices we could choose from. I am happy with the entire experience and will be shopping there again should I need more furniture! Delivery was next day, super fast ! Thank you Kerry.

I get a lot of my stuff from here. Besides mattresses, there are all sorts of used things such as chairs, washers and dryers, tables, desks, medical beds, adjustable beds, a few patient lift devices, wall pictures, old computers, bicycles, this and that.

My His experience was just terrible. Couldn't get a hold of anyone when I need it too. Was promised delivery several different times no one called to say it wouldn't be here. Took a day off work thinking they would be here. Then finally someone brought my couch and it was broken. He was still trying to attempt to bring it in by himself I couldn't believe what I was watching. So Then I was told they would have to get another one but it had to be ordered. Then after several days they finally bought the new one It was a different color of so frustrated. I had gotten rid of my old one because they said they'd be up the next day with the new 1, so I accepted it. Then, after I sat on it once they brought it in the left side part of the recliner was broken. I went ahead and repair it on my own because no one would return a call.. the bed that I purchased last year around three months. I finally threw it out and got a new one I would never recommend that place at all.

I’ve bought all of my new furniture from Kern’s and I must say I absolutely love all of it! My bedroom set is beautiful and comfortable. The sectional is also comfortable and came with a lot of decorative pillows. Overall I like shopping here because the furniture is nice and the prices are reasonable. Will be buying more furniture soon!
